Shipping Policy

Voltrek currently ships to Australian addresses only.

How your order is fulfilled

Voltrek is an online retailer and does not hold its own warehouse stock. Orders are passed to our Australian supply partners, who pick, pack and dispatch the goods to you on our behalf. Voltrek remains the retailer responsible for your order, for returns and for any problem with the goods.

Order processing and dispatch

Orders are normally reviewed and sent for fulfilment within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Dispatch occurs after product availability is confirmed by our fulfilment partner. The exact dispatch origin and handling time can vary by product. Contact info@voltrek.com.au before ordering if you require a fixed delivery date.

Carrier transit after dispatch

For the current Australian range, the supplier-confirmed carrier transit estimate is 7-12 business days after dispatch. This estimate does not include the processing time before dispatch. Carrier, weather and network delays outside Voltrek's control may occur.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is A$11 for orders below A$70. Standard shipping is free for orders of A$70 or more. The rate and the 7-12 business-day carrier transit estimate are shown at checkout before payment. The rate displayed at checkout is the rate that applies to your order.

Order tracking

When tracking is available, we send it by email after dispatch. Tracking updates may take time to appear in the carrier network.

Incorrect address

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. Contact us promptly if it needs correction; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Lost, late or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, email info@voltrek.com.au with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking details. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law continue to apply.
