Voltrek currently ships to Australian addresses only.
How your order is fulfilled
Voltrek is an online retailer and does not hold its own warehouse stock. Orders are passed to our fulfilment partners, who pick, pack and dispatch the goods to you on our behalf. Voltrek remains the retailer responsible for your order, for returns and for any problem with the goods.
Order processing and dispatch
Orders are reviewed for fulfilment after payment confirmation. Dispatch depends on confirmed product availability and supplier operating days, including any weekend or public-holiday closures. The dispatch origin and handling time vary by product. Contact info@voltrek.com.au before ordering if you require a fixed delivery date.
Carrier transit after dispatch
Carrier transit begins after dispatch and is separate from order processing. Timing varies by product, dispatch route and destination; a delivery date is not guaranteed. Carrier, weather and network delays may occur.
Shipping rates
Standard shipping is A$11 for orders below A$70. Standard shipping is free for orders of A$70 or more. Check delivery availability and the final shipping charge at checkout before payment, especially if your order is split into separate shipments. The rate displayed at checkout is the rate that applies to your order.
Order tracking
When tracking is available, we send it by email after dispatch. Tracking updates may take time to appear in the carrier network.
Incorrect address
Please check your shipping address before placing your order. Contact us promptly if it needs correction; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
Lost, late or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, email info@voltrek.com.au with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking details. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law continue to apply.
