Voltrek is an Australian online store offering practical camping, charging, travel and organisation gear for weekends away, road trips and everyday outdoor use.

How we operate

Voltrek is an online retailer. We do not manufacture the products we sell and we do not hold our own warehouse stock. We select products from Australian and international supply partners, and those partners pick, pack and dispatch orders to customers on our behalf. Voltrek is the retailer responsible for your order: we handle the sale, customer support, returns and any problem with the goods, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to us as the seller.

Product specifications and included accessories are shown on each current product page. Delivery rates and available options are confirmed at checkout; processing and delivery guidance is published in our Shipping Policy. A product-specific dispatch location or voluntary warranty term applies only when it is expressly stated on the product page or in documentation supplied with the item.

We prioritise clear product information, Australian shipping settings and practical support. Higher-risk electrical and battery products are not promoted unless the relevant product identity, supplier and compliance evidence has been reviewed.
