Shipping within Australia
Voltrek currently ships to Australian addresses only. Current rates, effective 11 August 2026: standard shipping is A$11 for orders below A$70, and free for orders of A$70 or more. The rate shown at checkout is always the rate that applies to your order.
How your order is fulfilled
Voltrek is an online retailer. We do not hold our own warehouse stock. Orders are passed to our fulfilment partners, who pick, pack and dispatch the goods to you on our behalf. Voltrek remains the retailer responsible for your order, for returns and for any problem with the goods.
Processing and delivery timing
Orders are reviewed for fulfilment after payment confirmation. Dispatch depends on confirmed product availability and supplier operating days. Processing and carrier transit are separate, and timing varies by product, dispatch route and destination. Contact Voltrek before ordering if you need delivery by a fixed date. Read the full Shipping Policy for current terms. The free-shipping threshold was reduced from A$100 to A$70 on 11 August 2026.
Returns and support
To request an eligible unused change-of-mind return, contact Voltrek within 30 days after delivery. Australian Consumer Law rights continue to apply. For full eligibility and return steps, read our Return and Refund Policy.
If you need help with an order, product question or return request, contact Voltrek before sending an item back. Include the order number, product name and a short description of the issue.

Product-use limits
Voltrek products should be used according to their individual product details. Compact lighting and charging gear should not be treated as medical backup, whole-home power or safety-critical emergency equipment.
