Shipping within Australia
Voltrek currently ships to Australian addresses only. Current rates, effective 11 August 2026: standard shipping is A$11 for orders below A$70, and free for orders of A$70 or more. The rate shown at checkout is always the rate that applies to your order.
How your order is fulfilled
Voltrek is an online retailer. We do not hold our own warehouse stock. Orders are passed to our Australian supply partners, who pick, pack and dispatch the goods to you on our behalf. Voltrek remains the retailer responsible for your order, for returns and for any problem with the goods.
Processing and delivery timing
Orders are normally reviewed and sent for fulfilment within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. For the current Australian range, the supplier-confirmed carrier transit estimate is 7-12 business days after dispatch. Processing time before dispatch is separate. Read the full Shipping Policy for current terms. The free-shipping threshold was reduced from A$100 to A$70 on 11 August 2026.
Returns and support
Eligible unused change-of-mind items may be returned within 30 days. Australian Consumer Law rights continue to apply. For full eligibility and return steps, read our Return and Refund Policy.

Product-use limits
Voltrek products should be used according to their individual product details. Compact lighting and charging gear should not be treated as medical backup, whole-home power or safety-critical emergency equipment.
