Shipping & Delivery
Voltrek currently ships to Australian addresses only. The checkout confirms the delivery option and cost available for the order before payment.
How your order is fulfilled
Voltrek is an online retailer. We do not hold our own warehouse stock. Orders are passed to our Australian supply partners, who pick, pack and dispatch the goods to you on our behalf. Voltrek remains your point of contact for the order, for returns and for any problem with the goods.
Order processing and dispatch
Orders are normally reviewed and sent for fulfilment within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Dispatch occurs after product availability is confirmed by our fulfilment partner. Exact dispatch origin and handling can vary by product.
Carrier transit after dispatch
For the current Australian range, the supplier-confirmed carrier transit estimate is 7-12 business days after dispatch. This does not include the processing time before dispatch. Carrier, weather and network delays can occur.
Shipping rates
Current rates, effective 11 August 2026: standard shipping is A$11 for orders below A$70, and free for orders of A$70 or more. The checkout shows the rate and the 7-12 business-day carrier transit estimate before payment.
Please note: our free-shipping threshold was reduced from A$100 to A$70 on 11 August 2026. The change is in your favour: free shipping now starts at a lower order value than before. The rate displayed at checkout is always the rate that applies to your order.
Tracking and multiple items
When tracking is available, it is emailed after dispatch. Products can use different fulfilment routes, so items in one order may arrive separately.
